Slowly ripping away the fat, losing the weight, joining the skinny people.

I have been getting through my goals. I HAVE LOST 3 POUNDS! Yeah for me.
Goal one- eat before coffee in morning
Goal two- drink more water during day
Goal three- eat one or more fruit per day

Now Goal four - 25 sit ups in the morning and 25 in the evening, walk whenever it is nice out and it is possible (see no pressure, that way I am still in control)

Getting into a routine, as small as it is right now, will allow me to move into a gym setting for the winter. I will be stronger, will not be starting at a complete zero activity level and will have a habit of setting time aside to work out.

I usually freak when I jump into an exercise program, the soreness, the time, the sweat. I will start doing the tapes or programs for a bit, and then fade out. This time I am going slow. There is only a few things wrong with the way I live, so making small steps and allowing for adjustment is right for me.

I can do this...and its 3 pounds.


  1. Yes, being sensible and not eating those fries-oh oh--you love fries, right?

    Fat is made of fried food, and fat wants to live with us! Good progress, keep it going.
