🍅 Ingredients
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 large can diced tomatoes
1 can kidney beans
1 can red beans
1 can black beans
1 cup salsa
¼ tsp cumin (or to taste)
3 tbsp chili powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
A pinch of red pepper flakes
Optional: 1½ cups shredded carrots, or swap in hamburger, ground chicken, or turkey
🔥 Directions
Toss everything into a large pot.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
Keep it on low to stay warm until ready to serve.
