🥑 Ingredients (Makes 2 Servings)
- 1 avocado (choose a heavy, ripe one) 
- 4 mint leaves 
- 4 tsp Benefiber 
- 2 cups baby spinach (handfuls) 
- 1 cup romaine lettuce (about 4 leaves) 
- 4 tbsp lemon juice 
- 2 packets or tsp stevia or xylitol 
- 1 cup ice cubes 
- 2 cups filtered water

- Add all ingredients to a blender. 
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
