🥄 Ingredients (Makes 1 Serving)
- 1 banana (~105 calories) – high in potassium, helps fight fatigue, reduce bloating, and supports heart health 
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (~105 calories, 4g protein) 
- 2 tbsp quick oats (~45 calories, 1g protein) 
- 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips (~100 calories, 1g protein) 
🔥 Directions
- Slice the banana into chunks. 
- Sprinkle oats over the banana. 
- Dollop peanut butter on top. 
- Sprinkle with dark chocolate chips. 
- Microwave for 45 seconds.
